How Can I Cancel My Reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by contacting our customer services via WhatsApp. Cancellations are provided with a 100% refund guarantee until 6 hours before your transfer time. In cases of cancellation less than 6 hours before your transfer, no refund will be made, except for force majeure (health problem, flight cancellation, etc.).
How Long Will the Transfer Vehicle Wait for Me?
If you do not write down the flight number of your flight and we cannot contact you using the contact information you have provided to us (email or telephone), your transfer will be automatically canceled 30 minutes after the reservation time.
How will I find the vehicle and driver at the airport?

When you arrive at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and collect your luggage, please proceed to Gate 14 to exit the airport building. You will see the SR24 sign. Please give your name to our colleagues who will assist you to your vehicle. Due to airport operational reasons, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.

When you arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, after completing your customs procedures and collecting your luggage, proceed to the Gate to exit the airport building. When you exit the door, you will see Simit Sarayı located opposite the door. SR24, our welcome board, is located next to Simit Sarayı. Report your name to our colleagues who will help you. Due to operational reasons at the airport, your vehicle will pick you up in a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
Information Required for Transfer Reservation
Your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and flight number are requested in the airport transfer reservation form. Make sure the phone number and email address are correct. Be sure to write down your flight number so that your airport transfer vehicle can meet you on time.
Will My Reservation Be Canceled If My Flight Rotars?
When you enter your flight number, we monitor any delays that may occur and update your transfer according to your landing. After the delay, we will be waiting for you until 60 minutes after your plane lands at the airport. If we cannot contact you or you do not arrive at the meeting point, your VIP vehicle transfer will be automatically canceled.
