ONLINE SALES AGREEMENT

Parties:

This agreement is concluded electronically between Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as “Carrier”) and [Customer Name and Surname / Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Passenger”) under the following conditions.

Article 1 – Subject

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the terms and conditions regarding the airport transfer service provided by the Carrier to the Passenger.

Article 2 – Description of Service

2.1 The Carrier will provide a vehicle to provide the Passenger with a transfer service between [Starting Point] and [Destination Point].

2.2 The transfer service will be provided on the specified date and time in accordance with the reservation made online by the Passenger.

2.3 The Passenger will be transported by [Vehicle Type] for the transfer service.

Article 3 – Reservation and Payment

3.1 The Passenger shall reserve the airport transfer service online via Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency official website, mobile application or third party platforms.

3.2 During the reservation, the Passenger must provide the following information:

Passenger name, surname, contact information

Departure and arrival point

Transfer date and time

Baggage status and additional requests (if any)
3.3 The reservation confirmation will be valid once the Passenger completes the payment. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other online payment methods.
3.4 Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency ’s payment system processes the online payment transaction securely and all payment information is protected by SSL encryption technology.

Article 4 – Fee and Cancellation Conditions

4.1 The fee for the transfer service will be calculated based on the price stated during the online reservation.
4.2 The Passenger shall check if there are any additional charges before the reservation is confirmed.
4.3 If the Passenger wishes to cancel the transfer service, the following cancellation conditions apply:

A full refund will be made for cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation date.

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance.

Article 5 – Carrier Responsibilities

5.1 The Carrier is obliged to pick up the Passenger from the specified starting point and transport them safely to the specified destination.

5.2 The Carrier will regularly maintain the vehicle and take all necessary precautions for a safe journey.
5.3 The Passenger’s luggage will be transported safely during the transfer. However, the Passenger is responsible for excess luggage or items prohibited from being carried.

Article 6 – Passenger Responsibilities

6.1 The Passenger is obliged to provide the Carrier with all correct and complete information regarding the transfer service.
6.2 The Passenger shall check the confirmation e-mail sent to him/her after the reservation made via the online platform and shall immediately contact the Carrier in case of any errors.

6.3 The Passenger shall be present at the specified point on time to perform the transfer.

6.4 The Passenger shall be responsible for the security of all items inside the vehicle.

6.5 The Passenger shall be obliged to pay the specified fee for the transfer service on time.

Article 7 – Technical Problems and Communication

7.1 In the event that the Passenger encounters any technical problems during the online reservation, he/she may contact the Carrier’s customer services.
7.2 The Carrier shall be obliged to ensure the accuracy and security of payments made over the internet, however, the Carrier shall not be responsible for any problems that may occur in the Passenger’s internet connection or payment providers.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

8.1 The Parties shall not be held responsible in the event of failure to fulfill the contractual provisions due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, war, fire, traffic accidents.
8.2 Any disruptions due to force majeure will be notified in writing by the parties.

Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes that may arise from this contract will be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of [City Name].

9.2 The legal validity of contracts made through online sales platforms is subject to the laws of [Country Name].

Article 10 – Other Provisions

10.1 This contract has been read and approved by the parties electronically and is concluded and is binding on both parties.

10.2 This contract will enter into force upon online approval when a reservation is made.
