REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
- General Terms
As Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we prioritize the satisfaction of our valued customers. Therefore, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy we have determined regarding our services aims to protect the rights of our customers. This policy covers airport transfer service purchases made through online reservations.
- Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 days. However, in order for this right to be valid, the right of withdrawal can be exercised if there are at least 24 hours left to the travel date. If the reservation is made less than 7 days before the start of the transfer service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
2.2 Use of the Right of Withdrawal
Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal should contact us via info@holidaylandtravel.com or +90531 552 89 43. The withdrawal request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the travel date. This request must be made in writing.
2.3 Refund in Case of Using the Right of Withdrawal
When the right of withdrawal is used, Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency will refund the payment amount in full. The refund will be made with the same method of payment. The refund process will be completed within 14 business days from the date of approval of the withdrawal right.
- Cancellation Conditions
3.1 Reservation Cancellation
Our passengers have the right to cancel their reservations at least 24 hours before the start of the transfer service. In order to cancel the reservation, passengers must contact us via info@holidaylandtravel.com or +90531 552 89 43.
3.2 Fees Applied in Case of Cancellation
A full refund will be made for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance.
- Refund and Change after Service is Provided
4.1 Refund after Service Starts
After the service is provided (if the transfer has started), a refund request will not be accepted. If there is a problem after the service is received, you can contact us to resolve it, but it will not be possible to refund the payment.
4.2 Request for Change in Service
Requests for date or time changes after reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Change requests may be approved or rejected. When changes are made, additional fees or differences may apply.
- Refund Process
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for payment. If your payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to your card. The refund process will be completed within 14 business days after the right of withdrawal or cancellation request is approved.
- Special Circumstances Regarding Refund and Cancellation Policy
Force Majeure: If the service cannot be provided due to situations where airport transfer cannot be provided (such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, airport closures), Holidayland Tourism Travel Agency will make a full refund if it cannot provide the service.
Transportation Problems: If the passenger misses the transfer or is not ready at the specified address on time, the refund request will not be accepted.
