1-If the consumer requests a cancellation within 12 hours before the start of the service, the entire amount of the service fee paid will be refunded to the consumer.
2-For cancellation requests made less than 12 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the one-way service fee will be collected from the consumer.
The remaining fee will be refunded. (If the two-way service fee has been paid, the entire return fee will be refunded)
3-The tourism company requests the passenger’s flight code. The passenger follows the landing of the flight from the flight code and is obliged to wait at the airport for a maximum of 2 hours after the plane lands. After 2 hours have passed, the company may withdraw the vehicle from the airport and no refund will be made to the customer.
4-If it is determined that the information provided by the consumer in the reservation is not correct, the Tourism Company may cancel the reservation. In addition, the Tourism Company informs the consumer in advance for confirmation regarding the reservation made.
The Tourism Company has the right to cancel the reservation if the consumer does not respond to these calls or e-mails sent.
5-Cancellation provisions apply to date changes made by the consumer.
6-The consumer shall comply with the service contract rules regarding the service purchased from the Tourism Company; respect the life, property and peace of the third party, otherwise, he/she will not be able to receive the service for a justified reason and will have the right to return.
